Vanguard, Canimex partner to expand OEM electrification

Briggs & Stratton is partnering with Canimex Group to leverage Vanguard lithium-ion battery power solutions in the applications and industries Canimex serves. Drummondville, Québec-based Canimex is a manufacturer and trader in mechanical, hydraulic, electrical and electronic components working across a range of industries that include electrification, forestry, construction, agriculture, industrial, mining and snow and ice.

Canimex provides engineering and technical support to OEMs in developing customized solutions and supplying design, quality management, packaging, storage, handling, transportation and customs clearance services. Its electrification team helps OEMs find the optimal components and power source for electrifying industrial, construction or agricultural equipment or compact urban vehicles to allow for easier integration.

Vanguard Commercial Lithium-Ion Battery Packs are designed as a fully integrated, complete battery solution, with the battery pack, battery management system and charger working together to deliver efficient power and performance. The full range of battery power solutions range from 1.5 kWh to 10 kWh, with the capacity to connect to other Vanguard packs in parallel for even more power.
